We believe in delivering fashion-forward pieces that radiate quality and confidence. Each item in our boutique is selected with care — and all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

🛑 All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the limited and curated nature of our collections, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives with a flaw:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at Glitzystyles@mail.com
  • Include: your name, order number, photos of the damage, and a brief note
  • Once approved, we’ll issue store credit via digital gift card for the value of the item

No refunds are provided. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.

If we request the item to be returned, a secure mailing address will be provided. Please do not return items without approval.
