If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We do not offer refunds, but store credit will be issued if your claim is approved.

To protect your privacy and ours, all returns must be processed through our formal procedure — please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Store credit is issued via a unique discount code to be used on a future order. Credit does not expire and can be used on any item in our boutique.
